📅 Cohort — avg LTV by acquisition month

Each dot represents a monthly cohort. Higher = customers acquired that month had higher lifetime value.

📊 CAC — Customer Acquisition Cost

Formula: Marketing spend ÷ New customers acquired

🛠️
Not configured yet
CAC needs a monthly marketing-spend figure to divide by new customers acquired. Two ways to wire this up:
  1. Fast: Add MARKETING_SPEND_MONTHLY_KES=<amount> to .env. We compute a blended CAC using WooCommerce customer-acquisition dates.
  2. Better: Connect Meta Ads & Google Ads via Composio for real spend data by channel, week-over-week.

😊 CSAT — Customer Satisfaction

Formula: % respondents rating "satisfied" or higher (5/5, 4-5/5, or 8+/10 depending on scale)

🛠️
Not configured yet
CSAT needs a survey source. Options that would work today:
  1. WooCommerce product reviews — use star ratings as CSAT proxy (4-5★ = satisfied). Free, uses data you already have.
  2. Google Business Profile reviews — you had 4.4★ / 42 reviews last check. Same proxy.
  3. Zoho Desk — if you're using it for support, ticket CSAT ratings are queryable via Composio.
  4. Zoho Survey — post-purchase CSAT survey. Needs setup.

📣 NPS — Net Promoter Score

Formula: % Promoters (9-10) − % Detractors (0-6) · Range: −100 to +100 · Above 50 = excellent

🛠️
Not configured yet
NPS is only meaningful if you're actively running the survey. Path to add:
  1. Start an NPS survey program. Zoho Survey has an NPS template. Send monthly or quarterly to recent buyers.
  2. Wire the results in — either via Composio's Zoho Survey integration, or add manual quarterly entry via a JSON file.
  3. Alternative: repurpose your existing Google reviews or WooCommerce reviews as a "rough NPS proxy" — imperfect but zero cost.
